How the Day Actually Runs
Wedding transport is the one booking where the timings matter more than the car. Most couples underestimate two things: how long it takes to get several people out of a house, and how slowly a wedding party moves once everyone is dressed. A ten-minute drive can comfortably absorb forty minutes of getting-ready.
Because of that, we plan around the ceremony time rather than the pickup time. Tell us when you need to arrive, where you're coming from, and how many journeys the car needs to make, and we'll work the schedule backwards. If the same car is doing more than one run — a first trip with bridesmaids, a second with the bride, then on to the reception — that's normal, but it needs to be planned rather than assumed, because the drive has to be done twice and the gap between them is what makes or breaks the timing.
Arriving slightly early is deliberate. A car parked discreetly around the corner for ten minutes is a far better outcome than one caught behind a bin lorry on a single-track lane, and we would always rather build in the margin than explain its absence.
Photographs, Access and the Practical Details
The car will be detailed inside and out before your booking, and it photographs well — which matters, because for most couples the vehicle appears in a meaningful number of the day's pictures. If your photographer wants time with the car, tell us and we'll build it into the schedule rather than have it eat into the drive.
Venue access is worth checking early. Country venues frequently have gravel drives, narrow approaches or a strict arrival route, and some have restrictions on where vehicles may stop. If you can share the venue's access notes when you book, we'll plan for them.
Complimentary champagne is included for wedding bookings. Alcohol may be consumed where permitted by law and with the chauffeur's consent. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the vehicle at any time — including confetti-adjacent celebrations in the back seat.
The Porsche Panamera seats up to 3 passengers plus your chauffeur, and exact capacity depends on the vehicle assigned. Dresses take more room than people expect: if you're travelling in a full gown, tell us, because it affects how many can realistically travel in one journey.
Booking Ahead, and Changing Plans
Weddings are booked further ahead than anything else we do, and dates go early — particularly summer Saturdays. If you have a confirmed date, secure the car as soon as you have it rather than waiting until the rest of the plan settles.
A deposit is taken upfront to secure your chauffeur and vehicle, with payment terms agreed at the time of booking. Should plans change, cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup may receive a full refund; within 24 to 48 hours may incur a charge of up to 50%; and less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable. Full terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
While a booking is still pending you can edit the details yourself through the secure link in your confirmation email. Once confirmed, changes are best handled directly — message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll sort it.
