Your Itinerary, Your Way
A custom experience is exactly that — there's no fixed route and no fixed clock. Whether it's a full day at your disposal, a multi-stop evening, or a journey that crosses several counties, we plan it around your schedule rather than ours. You'll have the same Porsche Panamera and the same discreet chauffeur throughout.

How It Works
- Tell us what you're planning — dates, rough timings and anything that matters to you
- We'll come back with a plan and a quote, usually within 1–3 hours
- Nothing is confirmed until you're happy with the details
- Changes along the way are fine — just let your chauffeur know
For bespoke itineraries we recommend at least 48 hours' notice. The earlier you book, the more likely we can guarantee a chauffeur and vehicle for your dates.
Discretion as Standard
Every journey is handled with the same discretion, whether you're travelling privately or on business. If your plans are sensitive, they stay between you and your chauffeur.
When a Custom Booking Makes More Sense
Most journeys fit a standard shape: a pickup, a destination, a time. A custom booking is for the ones that don't — and the giveaway is usually that you've started trying to describe your day as several separate bookings.
A theatre evening with dinner beforehand and an uncertain finish. A day of house viewings across three counties. Guests to move between a hotel, a venue and back over the course of an evening. A hospital appointment where you'd rather the same person waited and took you home than gamble on getting a car afterwards. In each case the destination isn't really the point — having the car available is.
That's the practical difference. On a standard transfer you're paying for a journey; on a custom booking you're holding the car and chauffeur for a period of time, and what you do with that time is up to you. It's why we don't ask for a fixed itinerary upfront. A rough shape is enough to quote from.
Multi-Stop Days, Waiting Time and Overruns
Waiting is expected on a custom booking rather than exceptional, so it isn't treated as an add-on to be counted in fifteen-minute increments. If your booking is for a period of time, the waiting is part of it.
Overruns are the more useful thing to plan for. Dinners run long, meetings overrun, and flights slip. Tell us when you book if your finish time is uncertain, and we'll flag whether the car can stay beyond the booked period — usually it can, but it depends on what follows. Knowing in advance is what makes it possible, and the answer is far more likely to be yes if we've discussed it than if it arrives as a request at 11pm.
For journeys that genuinely span a long day, driver working-hours regulations apply and rest breaks may need to be scheduled. Extended itineraries may require an overnight allowance or splitting across multiple days — all of which is agreed and priced before your booking is confirmed, never afterwards.
How to Brief Us
The more you tell us, the better the plan. Useful things to include: roughly when you want to start and finish, the places you already know you need to be, how many are travelling, and anything with a hard deadline attached — a curtain-up, a check-in, a reservation that won't hold.
Equally useful is what you don't want. Some people want a chauffeur who'll talk them through the city; others want silence and a phone signal. Some want the car at the door; others would rather it waited out of sight. None of that is presumptuous to specify, and it's much easier to get right when it's said in advance.
We recommend at least 48 hours' notice for bespoke itineraries. Send us the outline and we'll come back with a plan and a quote, usually within 1 to 3 hours. A deposit is taken upfront to secure your chauffeur and vehicle, with terms agreed at the time of booking.
